Named after the Himalayan peak, Kanchenjunga is a pioneering typeface designed by Becca Hirsbrunner Spalinger to support Kirat Rai — the script recently created for the Rai languages of Nepal and the eastern Himalayan region. Available in four weights, it brings typographic range to a community whose language had long lacked a digital script standard, supporting literacy materials, cultural publications, and digital communication for Rai-speaking communities.
