Über uns Almendra Display
Ana Sanfelippo's Almendra Display is the titling companion to the Almendra serif family, exaggerating the original design's elegant high contrast and calligraphic swashes into a full display mode — serifs are more pronounced, spacing is wider, and the overall rhythm is unhurried and stately. The single weight invites use at large sizes for book cover titles, chapter headings, and editorial contexts where a Renaissance-inflected, literary personality adds depth. Paired with its text-weight counterpart, it creates a cohesive typographic system for formal publications.
