Über uns Chilanka
Chilanka is a casual handwriting font for the Malayalam script, designed by Santhosh Thottingal of SMC with strokes that mimic natural pen movement without sacrificing legibility. Its informal rhythm and slightly irregular baseline give written content a personal, human quality ideal for informal web content, children's materials, and creative Malayalam publishing. The design carefully balances authenticity with on-screen rendering clarity.
