Elms Sans, designed by Amarachi Nwauwa at Gida Type Studio, is a geometric humanist sans-serif variable font covering a broad weight range via its wght axis. Its design draws on both contemporary European grotesque traditions and the design sensibilities of West African graphic culture, resulting in letterforms that feel globally neutral yet subtly distinctive. With nine weight positions and Vietnamese script support, it serves editorial, brand identity, and digital interface work at any scale.
