IBM Plex Sans Arabic, designed by Mike Abbink in collaboration with Bold Monday, brings the systematic rationality of the IBM Plex type system to Arabic script, extending the family's neutral, functional aesthetic to right-to-left typography. The seven weights mirror their Latin counterparts, enabling consistent multilingual typographic hierarchies across Arabic and Latin text. It's particularly suited to enterprise software, multinational corporate communications, and any interface requiring both Arabic and Latin script in a unified visual identity.
