Über uns Karla Tamil Inclined
An inclined companion to the Karla Tamil family, this face brings an oblique treatment to the Tamil script that echoes the italic register familiar from Latin typography. Jonathan Pinhorn's design maintains the optical coherence between Tamil and Latin letterforms that characterizes the Karla project, making it suitable for bilingual Tamil-English publications where stylistic harmony across scripts is a priority. The inclined style adds dynamism suited to headings, captions, and editorial emphasis.
