Über uns Lusitana
Designed by Ana Paula Megda, Lusitana is a refined serif rooted in Portuguese typographic heritage, referencing the humanist oldstyle tradition with bracketed serifs, moderate contrast, and warm, calligraphic stroke endings. Available in regular and bold, the family is well suited for literary body text, academic publishing, and editorial layouts where a classical but approachable tone is desired. Its name pays homage to Lusitania, the Roman province that occupied modern-day Portugal.
