Über uns Parastoo
Parastoo is a contemporary Arabic-script serif typeface by Saber Rastikerdar designed for extended text reading in Persian and Arabic, with Vietnamese also supported. Its variable weight axis across four instances gives publishers and interface designers flexibility from light editorial text to bold headings. The serif treatment draws on Naskh calligraphic traditions while introducing optical refinements for screen rendering, making it well-suited for digital news, e-books, and formal documents in right-to-left contexts.
