Shojumaru by Astigmatic is a display typeface that fuses East Asian calligraphic brushwork aesthetics with Latin letterform conventions, giving the alphabet brushed, sumi-ink-style strokes that suggest Japanese shodo calligraphy. Its dramatic ink-brush terminals and varied stroke widths create a distinctive, cross-cultural visual identity.
