Über uns Sorts Mill Goudy
Sorts Mill Goudy is Barry Schwartz's digital revival of Frederic Goudy's classic Old Style typeface from 1915, faithfully reproducing the idiosyncratic diamond-shaped dots on the 'i' and 'j', the upswept ear on the 'g', and the warm, slightly irregular rhythms that define Goudy's hand. It remains one of the most beloved oldstyle serifs in the American tradition, carrying a literary warmth well suited to books, essays, and editorial design. The revival includes a true italic and small capitals, rounding out a usable text face.
