About Bungee
David Jonathan Ross designed Bungee as an homage to American vernacular signage — the hand-lettered storefronts, marquee boards, and painted signs of mid-century urban America — captured in a vertical inline display typeface. The single weight is deceptively versatile: Bungee also comes in inline, shade, and hairline variants that layer to create dimensional, eye-catching display typography. Vietnamese script support is included, making it serviceable for Southeast Asian markets that share similar vernacular sign-painting traditions.
