A revival of typefaces from the collection of Dr. John Fell, donated to Oxford University Press in the 17th century, digitized by Igino Marini from original metal type specimens. The small caps variant emphasizes the irregular, humanist quality of pre-industrial letterforms, with slightly uneven stroke weights and quirky details that no modern typeface would retain by accident. Best suited for historical documents, literary editions, or editorial design seeking authentic old-style character.
