About Lancelot
Lancelot by Marion Kadi is a medieval-inspired display face that draws from Carolingian and Blackletter manuscript traditions, rendered with calligraphic pen angles and elegant pointed terminals that feel ceremonial rather than harsh. The overall texture is refined and literary rather than aggressive, making it more accessible than true Blackletter while still evoking historical manuscript culture. It fits book cover design, fantasy and historical fiction branding, game titles, and any project reaching for a sense of chivalric antiquity.
