About Noto Sans TC
Noto Sans TC addresses Traditional Chinese typography as part of Google's pan-script Noto project, covering the full repertoire of Traditional Chinese characters used in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau alongside Cyrillic and Vietnamese. A variable weight axis lets designers move fluidly across nine weight stops, maintaining visual cohesion in multilingual layouts where Chinese and Latin text coexist. The design harmonizes with other Noto family members, making it a natural cornerstone of globally consistent typographic systems.
