About Signika

Anna Giedryś designed Signika as a wayfinding and signage typeface, building legibility features — open apertures, distinct letterforms, and strong ink differentiation between strokes — directly into its structure. The variable Grade axis (GRAD) allows designers to adjust typographic weight without affecting spacing, a feature particularly useful for maintaining layout stability across dark and light backgrounds. Combined with five weight steps and Vietnamese support, it's as at home in app interfaces as it is on environmental signage.
