Rubik 80s Fade applies a retro gradient-fade effect to the Rubik skeleton, simulating the look of bleached or sun-faded print from the 1980s where ink appears to dissolve from dark to near-invisible within each letterform. Designed by NaN and Luke Prowse, it supports Latin, Cyrillic, Cyrillic Extended, and Hebrew. The nostalgic, photographic deterioration effect makes it ideal for vaporwave aesthetics, retro branding campaigns, and any project leaning into 80s pop-culture visual language.
