Martel Sans, designed by Dan Reynolds and Mathieu Réguer, is a humanist sans-serif crafted to serve both Latin and Devanagari scripts at equal typographic quality — a relatively rare achievement in dual-script typefaces. The Latin design draws on traditional humanist proportions while maintaining visual harmony with the Devanagari shirorekha (headline) structure. Its seven weights make it well-suited for Indian-language publishing, multilingual apps, and any context demanding authentic bicultural typographic presence.
