Owen Earl's Bodoni Moda SC is the small-capitals companion to the Bodoni Moda family, reinterpreting Giambattista Bodoni's iconic extreme-contrast didone roman in a variable format with both optical size (opsz) and weight (wght) axes — allowing designers to fine-tune the delicate hairline serifs and dramatic thick-thin transitions for specific viewing conditions. The small capitals are true-cut, with proportions and weights adjusted so they harmonize naturally with uppercase and lowercase letters. Math and symbol coverage is included, and it is ideal for high-fashion typography, luxury publishing, and editorial contexts where Bodoni's theatrical elegance is the cornerstone of the visual identity.
