Geologica from Norwegian foundry Monokrom, designed by Sindre Bremnes and Frode Helland, is a contemporary sans-serif with a rich variable font implementation featuring four axes: weight, slant, CRSV (cursor/cursive toggle for activating cursive alternates in italics), and SHRP (sharpness, adjusting the crispness of terminals). It supports Cyrillic, Greek, and Vietnamese alongside Latin, making it genuinely pan-European.
