Noto Sans Old Turkic supports the Old Turkic runic script, used from approximately the 6th to the 13th centuries CE by Göktürk and other Turkic peoples across Central Asia, inscribed on stone monuments from Mongolia to the Crimea. The single-weight design renders the angular, right-to-left runic forms with scholarly accuracy. It is essential for Turkological research and digital editions of the Orkhon inscriptions and related epigraphic corpora.
