حول Hind

Hind الذي طوّرته Indian Type Foundry هو خط ديفاناغاري-لاتيني مُصمَّم بعناية بخمسة أوزان مُهندَسة لتصميم واجهات المستخدم وسهولة القراءة على الشاشات. بُنيَ مكوِّن الديفاناغاري ليتناسق مع اللاتيني عبر نسب مشتركة وأوزان خطوط متسقة، لا كإضافة لاحقة. أدّى أداؤه القوي في الأحجام الصغيرة وسياقات الواجهات إلى جعله أحد خطوط الديفاناغاري الأكثر استخداماً في تصميم المنتجات الرقمية.

Design Analysis

Hind is a Devanagari and Latin sans-serif optimized for readability at body text sizes on digital screens. Its Latin component features open apertures, a tall x-height, and simplified forms designed to harmonize with the Devanagari script's visual weight. The five weights from Light to Bold maintain consistent cross-script balance.

Recommended Use Cases

Essential for Hindi-English bilingual websites, Indian government platforms, and applications targeting the Indian subcontinent. For Latin-only use, consider fonts with richer Latin-specific refinements.
