Ek Type's Anek Tamil is a variable sans-serif spanning eight weights and two axes — weight and width — bringing the typographic versatility usually reserved for Latin scripts to the Tamil writing system. The design balances Tamil script's characteristically complex curved forms with the systematic proportional logic of a contemporary type system. An ambitious and practical tool for Tamil-language digital publishing, UI design, and any bilingual Tamil–Latin project requiring consistent visual tone across axes.
