Acerca de Danfo
Danfo is a pan-African serif created by Afrotype, named after the iconic yellow minibuses of Lagos, Nigeria. Its custom variable axis, ELSH (Elsh), adjusts the appearance of the letterforms in ways inspired by West African graphic traditions, giving designers control over an unusual aesthetic dimension. Rooted in African typographic heritage, it is a culturally significant typeface for editorial projects, branding, and publications celebrating African voices.
