Acerca de Solitreo
Solitreo by Nathan Gross and Bryan Kirschen revives the traditional Sephardic Hebrew cursive script historically used by Ladino-speaking Jewish communities. The flowing, connected letterforms draw directly from historical manuscripts and community handwriting traditions, preserving a calligraphic heritage that was endangered. Beyond its cultural significance, it serves designers working with Hebrew typography who need a distinctive cursive alternative to standard block-letter Hebrew fonts.
