The Extra Condensed cut of Fira Sans strips the already-efficient Fira family down to its most space-saving proportions while preserving the humanist legibility that Mozilla's original brief demanded. Extended script support covers Cyrillic, Greek, and Vietnamese in addition to Latin, making it genuinely useful for multilingual publications and software interfaces requiring maximum information density. Nine weights across all supported scripts give designers considerable flexibility within a very narrow column width.
